Template & export
Match by SAP and barcode. A single SAP entry can match when a barcode is missing. Existing matches and problem rows need manual approval; only those rows appear in the review report. One blank-barcode entry is allowed per SAP.

Read-only source. Match the fields, review the data, then copy new products.

App SQL setup
Use your existing SQL Server. Saved settings are retained during updates.
The app uses its own table: dbo.PPM_ProductMaster. Other tables are retained.
Windows Authentication uses the Windows service account. SQL Authentication lets you enter your existing SQL login directly.

Users
Admin has full access. Staff can search products and use the display grid. Any non-empty password is allowed.

Only pending issue rows appear here. Choose an existing entry to update, edit the incoming values and approve manually. A blank barcode retains the selected entry's barcode.
